Overview & Highlights

This escorted tour of Peru is full of variety: desert volcanoes, the terraced hillsides of Colca Canyon and snowy Andean mountains. Visit Spanish colonial towns and Machu Picchu. Plunge into the Amazon rainforest and discover Bolivia's capital La Paz via Lake Titicaca.

This comprehensive Peru and Bolivia tour takes you to all three of Peru’s contrasting natural landscapes: the desert, Andean mountains and the Amazon rainforest. Travel through southern Peru, the heartland of the Inca Empire.

A series of experiences awaits: stroll through the flowery squares of pearl-white colonial Arequipa; drive through the desert on the rim of the Colca Canyon as condors soar alongside; tread a cautious foot on the floating reed islands on the icy waters of Lake Titicaca, then cross the border to La Paz, the highest capital in the world.

The adventure continues amid the intricate stonework and cobbled streets of Cusco, the Inca’s imperial city, and at the Lost City of Machu Picchu, set on a ridge spur between forested peaks above the River Urubamba, roaring through a tropical canyon. Finish off your trip with a few days enveloped by bird-filled tropical rainforest in an Amazonian jungle lodge.
