The waterfront restaurant and casual poolside bar serve Belizean cuisine with an emphasis on seafood.
20 minutes’ away by car, Placencia is a Caribbean community which over the years has grown into a popular resort without losing the low-key charm which drew travellers here a generation ago. The area is a springboard for snorkelling trips on Belize’s barrier reef and a variety of other activities, such as paddleboarding, river tubing, waterfall hikes and caving.
