Relaxed low rise resort hotel located on perhaps the most flawless beach in Cancún.

The low-key mid-range Beachscape Kin Ha Villas and Suites is located on arguably Cancún’s finest powdery white sand beach, 10 minutes' drive from the centre of town.

It has standard rooms and one, two and three-bedroom suites housed in blocks within a tropical garden. All are equipped with cable TV, microwave, fridge, private bathroom and free Wifi, and are neutrally decorated with the odd tropical touch. There are two restaurants and a lobby bar, and a small supermarket/deli.

Leisure facilities include a games room, kids club, large oceanfront swimming pool with children’s area, and a water sports centre.

What our clients say

  • The visit to Calakmul which was hard work but the reward of climbing the pyramids and seeing the jungle stretching in all directions will stay in the memory.  This was followed the next day by a wonderful, and unexpected, half day at Laguna Bacular.  We thought we were only going to be driving through on our way to Tulum.  However we were treated to an extensive tour of the fortress there followed by a superb boat trip on the lagoon.  It was the icing on the cake to a wonderful two days, with an excellent guide (Luis Alberto) and driver (Ivan).

  • The train from El Fuerte to Divisidero was great - good views with the ability to take photographs through open windows, good food, comfortable seats.

  • Oaxaca and Mexico City were the high spots for us. We found the Mexicans we met to be welcoming and helpful. We ate some amazing foot in Oaxaca where we also loved the botanical gardens. We loved learning about the history, architecture, politics and culture of this fascinating country.

  • Most memorable experiences: "Visiting our parents' house in Lomas de Chapultepec. Francisco persuaded the owners that we were genuine, which was quite an achievement. In sightseeing terms it is difficult to compare, for instance, the domestic and artistic life of Frieda Kahlo with the pyramids of Teotihuacan! We chose to go to all the places on our itinerary and all of them were memorable. Perhaps Monte Alban was the most mind blowing because I had no particular expectations of it, unlike Chichen Itza of which I had seen many pictures."

  • It was all great - a great combination of fascinating historical sites followed by some glorious days at the beach. Normally I arrange my trips myself, I don' t go through a company; and normally I wouldn't use a guide. But the Mayan culture is so unknown to me and the ruins so fascinating that it was very illuminating to have a guide to explain things. As I said, having Davide around was more like having a local chum than a guide. Loved the Hobbitland cottages at Chichen Itsa; loved being in Merida at Christmas time; loved Campeche and the Edzna ruins; loved getting to know all about the Mayan culture; and loved the totally glorious beach (though rocky) at Playa del Carmen.
