“Loi Suites was amazing!”SW, West Brompton
A great option on the Tulum beach strip. None of the hotels in this part of Tulum have pools, but the beach is lovely. We were lucky that the seaweed wasn't too bad at the time of our visit.COL, Stafford
"Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere, great shop and lovely pool!"MB, Southsea
Although this hotel is graded 3 star, we thought it was much better than that. We were upgraded to a suite and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent.2015 11

Just a brilliant person and guide. Bent over backwards to make our trip very special and great fun too. Involved everyone in the group, respecting people's differing needs. Suggested the technical rehearsal for Rio Carnival - a fabulous experience.AP, Bridgwater
Room was small but otherwise this was a lovely place. The internal patios were excellent; oases of calm in a very hot city. Breakfast menus excellent and staff very obliging and helpful.IM, Andover

A marevlous place with great spaces upstairs and down. Antiques, an expansive library, a marvelous garden and even a cute, friendly Siamese cat. The boys at the desk helped with every question and seemed to love the place themselves. Intimate but never intrusive.MWP,
