We know just what a difference insider knowledge and know-how can make to your holiday experience in Latin America, and ever since we started out in 1980 we've made it our mission to impart that first-hand insight to our clients. Luckily, we have at our fingertips a veritable mine of information – otherwise known as our 60 extremely well-travelled staff, who know the region's top attractions inside out and back to front.

With this ethos in mind we created our 'Insider's Guide' magazine series, written by our very own experts: sometimes the author might be a Travel Consultant with a particular connection with or passion for the area in question, and sometimes we assemble a panel to offer a variety of perspectives. Either way, these brief but well-informed destination guides set out to cover all the need-to-know information about visiting some of Central and South America's most unmissable highlights, with personal tips and recommendations thrown in for good measure.

Take a look below to see all the expert guides we've published so far – and if there's another destination that you'd like to see us cover in future, why not let us know in the comments section?
