Built in 1935 by Italian architect Alfonso Durini, Hotel Itza has been meticulously restored with many ornate features preserved.

Located just a block from Cuenca’s main square, the Hotel Itza is a superb place from which to explore the city on foot. Built in 1935 by Italian architect Alfonso Durini, the hotel has been meticulously restored with many ornate features preserved. Guests will find a collection of different room categories, all tastefully decorated, and some with views of the nearby cathedral. Facilities include a restaurant, whisky lounge and an atmospheric rooftop bar with views over the city.
