Trinidad's finest accommodation is found in this elegant restored colonial property, with an impressive marble staircase, cigar bar and beautifully decorated rooms.

The Iberostar is undoubtedly the most luxurious hotel in Trinidad. It is centrally located on the tranquil Parque Céspedes and is a convenient base from which to explore this delightful town on foot.

The elegant colonial building has been comprehensively restored, and its large lobby - complete with fountain and marble staircase - is impressive. The ground floor restaurant and cigar bar are in sync with the regal atmosphere.

There are 40 rooms including four suites, all beautifully decorated with tiled floors and mahogany furniture. All have cable TV and a majority have a small balcony or terrace facing the park.

Our Expert's Opinion

One of my favourite hotels in Cuba, with period décor and a great atmosphere. Worth getting a room with a terrace to relax and watch the goings on in the square below.
