Hotel Rio Miel is a decent mid-range option with a seafront location in Baracoa.

Hotel Rio Miel, offers comfy and bright mid-range accommodation on the seafront promenade in the coastal town of Baracoa. There are 12 classically furnished guest rooms set over three floors (no lift), each accommodating a maximum of two people, with air conditioning and private bathroom. In room facilities are pretty good for a hotel of this type in Cuba: satellite TV, minibar, safety box, telephone and balcony.
