Exemplifying the rich, energetic fusion that is Brazilian dance, the Balé Folclórico da Bahia tours internationally but is never more electrifying than when performing on home ground in Salvador’s old quarter.

The remarkable nightly show introduces the various dance forms of the region, with their strong African undertones. It’s an authentic interpretation of Bahian folklore through Afro-Brazilian colours and rhythms.
