Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour

  2. Sprinkle your surface with flour
  3. Take the mixed dough and knead the mixture 10-12 times on your floured surface
  4. You can add a little flour or water – whatever it takes to achieve a smooth dough

  6. Divide the dough into eight portions and on a lightly floured surface roll each portion into circles (roughly 18cm diameter)
