Peruvian Pisco Sour
Celebrate Pisco Sour Week with a glass or two of this tangy cocktail.
- 50ml Pisco
- 10ml lime juice
- 2 tsps simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- In a shaker add the Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, ice and egg white.
- Shake vigorously for a few minutes.
- Strain into a tumbler, spoon out the foam from the shaker and sprinkle the Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
- Serve immediately.
