Photography Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Entry Deadline
All entries must be received by midnight (23:59 BST) on Friday 26 June 2026. Any submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals who own the rights to the images they submit. By entering, participants confirm that they are the original photographer and hold full copyright of the image.
3. Submission Requirements
Entrants may submit original photographs in accordance with the competition guidelines. Images must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
4. Judging and Notification
Winners will be selected by Journey Latin America. All winners will be notified via email by 30 June 2026.
5. Image Usage and Copyright
- Copyright of all submitted images remains with the photographer.
- By entering the competition, entrants grant Journey Latin America permission to publish their image in its newsletter, with appropriate credit given to the photographer.
- Journey Latin America will not reuse or republish the image beyond this initial use without obtaining prior consent from the photographer.
6. Credit
All published images will be credited to the photographer wherever reasonably possible.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. General
Journey Latin America reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time if necessary.
