Posada del Inca Puno

Posada del Inca Puno

Modern hotel on the scenic shores of Lake Titicaca, with a warm and homely feel.

The modern, two-storey Posada del Inca Puno hotel has a lovely rural location on the shores of Lake Titicaca, 5km from the centre of busy Puno. Room décor reflects the earthy shades of the surrounding Andean landscape, lending the place a warm and homely feel.

There is a restaurant, a bar featuring Inca and Andean motifs and a crackling open fire, and a small terrace area where you can eat with a view of the garden and lake. The hotel has a private jetty where the historic Yavari steamship has been moored.

Our Expert's Opinion

It's definitely worth upgrading to a lake view room here to make the most of the location, right on the lakeshore. When the weather is mild you can enjoy the outdoor terrace for lunch or you may prefer to curl up by the open fire inside.
