Rosa del Viento is a stylish property in traditional Mexican Caribbean style right on the sands of the best beach area of Tulum.

Tulum, a small former fishing village on the Mayan Riviera has long been on the map for its well preserved, much photographed ruined Mayan temples, set on a cliff above the azur waters of the Caribbean. Nowadays it is a popular destination for visitors but has retained something of its former folksy self.

Just a short drive from town at the quieter end of a strip of hotels fringing a long white-sand beach is the stylish Rosa del Viento, an appealing property of 26 white washed, wood-beamed guest rooms set in a palm-studded garden. It’s simply decorated and furnished in tasteful Mexican style, and bright and airy with full length windows offering views over the ocean or the grounds.  Balconies and terraces are adorned with hammocks where you can enjoy the breeze on this particularly attractive stretch of beach. The friendly restaurant serves well received Mexican and Italian cuisine.

What our clients say

97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.

A great option on the Tulum beach strip. None of the hotels in this part of Tulum have pools, but the beach is lovely. We were lucky that the seaweed wasn't too bad at the time of our visit.
