Following extensive refurbishment under the supervision of her new proprietors, the MV Xploration (formerly Athala II) returned to the Equatorial waters for which she was specifically designed, complete with stylish, modern interiors and a luxuriant and spacious sundeck. With a maximum of just 16 passengers, accommodated in eight double state rooms on two decks, the first class vessel offers a private and personalised Galápagos cruise experience.
Décor is refreshingly contemporary, with wood panelled floors, simple white walls and occasional artwork or splash of bright colour.
With her stable design for smooth sea travel, the catamaran has several spacious and comfortable relaxation areas on board, including a dining room, bar and separate lounge, al fresco dining areas and an outdoor Jacuzzi surrounded by sun loungers.

Balcony is small as expected but lovely to sit and watch the beautiful islands from. Crew were superb and looked after us extremely well.
