Rustic countryside accommodation in Colombia's coffee region.

Set in the heart of Colombia’s coffee country, just 10 minutes outside the village of Montenegro, Casa Delirio is a charming finca (countryside guesthouse), built according to the traditional architecture of the coffee region with vivid hand-painted wooden shutters, ornately decorated ceilings, terracotta tiled roofs and plant-filled terraces.

The property enjoys a peaceful setting in ripe gardens full of the tropical plants, exotic flowers and palm trees which are characteristic of this fertile part of Colombia. The handful of cosy guest rooms, decorated with local handicrafts, is simple, but each has a modern private bathroom. The public areas and kitchen area, by contrast, are stuffed with antiques, handicrafts and nick-nacks covering every inch of the floor and walls

While there is little English is spoken on the property, the staff are particularly friendly and eager to please, and your guide will be able to help with meal choices.
