The Vines of Mendoza is a first class wine resort for wine lovers with several other wineries within walking distance.

The Vines of Mendoza is a wine resort in the Valle de Uco, a wild and beautiful area over 100km from the city Mendoza. Several important wineries have been established here over the last 20 years.  It’s a highly-acclaimed first class property, devoted to promoting its vineyards and wines by offering you a luxurious stay and a gourmet experience.

The Vines is part of a large vineyard estate where investors buy their own plots and produce their own wine: there are currently 200 owners from 13 different countries. The hotel itself has its own small winery producing just 300 bottles a year.

The contemporary villas are set in rows in attractive grounds landscaped with native vegetation. They are tastefully decorated inside, featuring natural stone walls, polished concrete or wooden floors, earthy tones, traditional textiles and cowhide rugs. The property has one of the best pools in the region, a good-size lap pool with terraces and super views across the vineyards towards the Andes. The restaurant specialises in open-flame cooking techniques handed down by the gauchos and European immigrants: a highlight is the open outdoor kitchen area where you can watch all the preparations.
