Casa de Uco is a striking Mendoza winery welcoming guests to explore outstanding mountain landscapes and the property's high quality wines.

Close to the eastern flanks of the Argentine Andes in the country’s premier wine-producing region, Casa de Uco is a bold landmark amid vineyard-blanketed valleys and snow-flecked mountains. Its contemporary design includes an open plan and split-level interior with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, commanding fantastic mountain views.

The dozen or so guest rooms, suites and villas echo the modernity of the hotel’s glass, wood and concrete frame with ultra-modern décor and views of the mountains, lagoon and vineyards from private balconies. Rooms also have underfloor heating, while suites and villas add living rooms and some have hot tubs.

At 1,250m this remote winery has been producing high-altitude wines since the start of the millennium, specialising in Malbecs, Pinot Noir and white blends. Savour them during your included wine-tasting, or accompanying your meals at the restaurant, which offers regional dishes using locally-sourced ingredients.

Explore the property and surrounding countryside on foot, horseback or mountain bike. However, there are excellent leisure facilities on site too: a spa with steam room and sauna, terraces with an outdoor pool and hot tub, pool, chess room, tennis court and archery.
