An ice-class expedition ship designed for polar exploration, the National Geographic Explorer offers a comfortable and capable base for discovering Antarctica. Accommodating 148 guests in 81 outward-facing cabins, the vessel combines sleek, modern design with practical features – including private bathrooms, contemporary furnishings and a range of public areas such as a lounge and bar, library, spa, fitness centre and sauna.
A fleet of Zodiacs and kayaks supports off-ship exploration, while sophisticated video equipment provides access to the underwater world. Each voyage is accompanied by expert guides, a wellness specialist and a full-time doctor, ensuring a safe and immersive experience in the polar wilderness.
