A state of the art expedition vessel designed to explore the world’s most remote regions in comfort and safety.

Purpose built for polar navigation, the National Geographic Endurance and her near identical sister ship the National Geographic Resolution are state of the art expedition vessels designed to explore the world’s most remote regions in comfort and safety.

As fully stabilised, ice class PC5 (Category A) ships featuring the pioneering X Bow profile, they offer an exceptionally smooth and quiet ride even in challenging polar seas. With capacity for 138 guests across 76 cabins, they deliver a spacious yet intimate environment that prioritises access, stability and superb observation opportunities.

A full suite of expedition tools – including Zodiacs, kayaks and specialised equipment for exploring uncharted waters – supports deep engagement with the polar environment. On board, guests enjoy inviting public spaces such as an observation lounge, library, main lounge with 24 hour beverage station, and an expedition base with lockers for gear. Dining includes Restaurant 270° with wraparound views, along with two additional venues providing flexible, sustainable cuisine with unassigned seating.

Every cabin faces outward, with large windows or balconies, private facilities and thoughtful furnishings designed for comfort. The understated design and modern amenities – combined with open access to the Bridge and interaction with the captain and expedition team – create a relaxed, exploratory atmosphere for travellers seeking meaningful immersion in Antarctica and beyond.
