Intimate Danish-built ship operated by the pioneers of Polar air-cruises.

Ocean Nova is a sleek, purpose-built expeditionary cruise vessel which has an airy Scandanavian feel, with blond wood and large windows throughout. Her relatively small size enables passengers to mix easily in a friendly environment. Her shallow draught allows the ship to anchor close to landing sites and it’s a relatively easy embarkation on to Zodiac landing craft from the waterline gangway. An excellent viewing platform above the bridge is open to guests.

There is capacity for 72 guests (67 on air-cruises) and she offers exterior cabins, all with private bathrooms. There are also some single cabins available for solo travellers. Meals are informal with a menu that changes daily.

Optional kayaking and snowshoeing (pre-bookable) are available on selected departures.
