Visit Tarabuco indigenous market

BOL_Tarabuco_free_DH

Haggle for souvenirs at the colourful market of Tarabuco, where locals in traditional Yampara costume come to trade every Sunday.

Each Sunday, Tarabuco’s main square reverberates with trade as local campesinos come to buy and sell everything from snake oil to suckling pigs.

While there are colourful handicrafts, textiles and traditional instruments for tourists to choose from, the focus of the market is still local commerce and fresh produce dominates the stalls.
