Whether you opt for a fiery Peruvian classic or our warming Colombian soup, these vegan dishes are the perfect way to spice up your mealtimes and try something new.

Vegan Ajiaco Soup

This hearty soup is traditional to Colombia and has a truly unique flavour. It is commonly made with chicken, but our vegan variation uses three types of potato, corn on the cob and an aromatic herb called guascas.
