What our clients say
97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.
"Obviously Machu Pichu was a highlight but Ollaytaytambo was impressive, Chinchero was lovely and Cusco was fantastic [we're looking into buying a house there!] the Vistadome, particularly with the staff on the return journey to Cusco, who put on a fashion show, music and dancing for us, which they genuinely seemed to enjoy too, was fantastic. I'd also really recommend Huaco Pacllano in Lima - I'd never seen a site like it before."SAG, Hythe
A fantastic travel company for Peru. Highly respected locally. The whole Itinerary was flawless with extremely professional local reps in Peru. I believe the Inca trail company in Cusco to be the best there!JD, Swansea
“We enjoyed all the places we visited on our holiday in Peru, and the experience was enhanced by friendly and knowledgeable local guides. The spectacular scenery we saw will stay in our minds for quite some time.”MM, Newcastle Upon Thyne
Highlight: Reaching the sun gate mid/late afternoon to see Machu Picchu bathed in sunshine.RK, Worcester
I really liked variety on this trip - amazing culture, history, nature all in one trip. Machu Picchu tour was great, excursions in rainforest were very memorable.
Most Memorable Moment?: Machu Picchu... does anyone traveling to Peru ever put anything else? :-)ME, Carlisle

Seeing the Condor being released back into the wild.JA, Glasgow
Most memorable aspect: “, Macchu Pichu and Peru in general, especially in Cusco. We bought ourselves an open top bus ride in Cusco which was excellent value and was well worth doing. We also enjoyed an excellent 4 hour historical city tour in Lima which was a good way to learn about the city.”DP, Watford
Peru is one of those countries that becomes memorable on so many levels. Each place I visited made my heart miss a beat I simply loved it all( I also loved my visit to the taquile and eat with the local people, the food was amazing and people simply beautiful.)DC, London
Highlight: Being able to recreate photographs at Sasqaywaman above Cusco of our relatives who came to live in Peru in 1910.CC, Bristol
Highlight?: The Ausangate trail. Loved it.ID, Hereford
Peru was incredible. The slick organisation of Journey Latin America allowed us to really enjoy every moment. The service was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend.HG, Malvern
Most Memorable Moment?: Cusco - such a great atmosphere with so much history.MH, Manchester
Highlight?: The train journey to M Picchu and seeing M Picchu - absolutely awesome and I got a seat on the left of the train (for best views!). The tour of the Salt Flats and journey to San Pedro were stunning too. Really good tour guide during this part. Hannah at JLA was a great help before and during the holiday. She made it possible to visit on the desired dates (e.g. so I could go on a star gazing tour in San Pedro during a change in mood cycle). Always replied promptly to my emails. Especially appreciated little extras - e.g. being on the left of the train to M. Picchu for the best views, being allocated window seats on planes, etc. All this meant I could really enjoy the scenary. Stand out hotels were in Urubamba, M. Picchu, and Uyuni - all exceeding my expectations. I didn't realise so many lunches / dinners were included which was a great bonus.MP, Amersham
The Peru holiday was all very well constructed. Favourite parts were the floating islands, the nocturnal canoe trip and the trek to Macchu Picchu. Organisation was brilliant and it all hung together very well. Thanks!AMW, Letchworth
Everything was fantastic. We had a great holiday that we will remember for years to come.CLA,
"It is difficult to pick out just one experience from such a plethora of new ones. There was so much to see and absorb in Peru which was fascinating, but Machu Picchu must rate very highly in our list of memorable events on the mainland as must the whole Colca Canyon experience including the drives through the Highlands to Chivay."ND,

It was memorable because of the cultural and geographical variety so can't pick out particular part. We were in 3 different climates, in mountains, jungle and coast. Probably enjoyed the places where we had most interactions with nature i.e. Lake Titicaca and jungle.SL,
