The imposing cone of Mombacho volcano rises up beneath a vast blanket of cloud-forest, home to a vibrant and diverse ecosystem.

We’ll take you out for an adventure in this dramatic landscape, travelling to the volcano’s summit by jeep before venturing deep into the cloud-forest on a 4-hour walk amidst tropical flora and fauna.

The views from these forested slopes stretch out as far as Granada on a clear day, offering an impressive panorama of the Pacific plain and Lake Nicaragua.
