Relaxed low rise resort hotel located on perhaps the most flawless beach in Cancún.

The low-key mid-range Beachscape Kin Ha Villas and Suites is located on arguably Cancún’s finest powdery white sand beach, 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of town.

It has standard rooms and one, two and three-bedroom suites housed in blocks within a tropical garden. All are equipped with cable TV, microwave, fridge, private bathroom and free Wifi, and are neutrally decorated with the odd tropical touch. There are two restaurants and a lobby bar, and a small supermarket/deli.

Leisure facilities include a games room, kids club, large oceanfront swimming pool with children’s area, and a water sports centre.
