Quiet roads and gorgeous scenery make this ideal driving country, and within just a couple of days you can explore the region’s fertile valleys, small villages and peaceful wine estates to your heart’s content. In the evenings, retire to your accommodation in Santa Cruz, an attractive provincial town well-stocked with places to eat and drink.
