Windsor Copa is a good value, mid-range hotel just a short stroll from Copacabana beach

Windsor Copa is one of a popular and reliable chain of contemporary Brazilian hotels with a modern, Scandinavian-style, bright and sunny décor and good quality furnishings.  The Windsor hotels pride themselves on their friendly and helpful service: this one is no exception.

The property offers good value, air-conditioned accommodation with a few frills – there is a small gym and a full service restaurant (the property does not have a pool, but it’s just one block away from Copacabana beach).  Guest rooms are set over 12 floors, some with views over the street and a small balcony.

  • Fine for our first couple of nights when we were getting acclimatised and had a full day tour with hotel pick-up for one of the two days there. Handy enough…
