Daily from Panama City 4 days, 3 nights You will be staying at Coral Lodge, where you will stay in individual thatched palapas on stilts over the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean on the coast opposite San Blas. There is a pool, free use of kayaks with which to explore the rainforest-fringed, sandy bay, and a complimentary excursion to a Kuna village. Close by is a reef with great snorkelling and diving.  Return from Colon to Panama City on the trans-isthmian train, which runs parallel to the canal along the rail route built by the Californian 49er gold prospectors. This is a comfortable tourist service with an hour’s worth of views of Panamanian settlements and rainforest.
