Daily from Panama City 4 days, 3 nights Spend a few days in the archipelago based at Bocas Inn, on Colon Island, with organised excursions on foot and by water. Included activities feature boat trips, beach explorations in search of tropic birds and giant starfish, and snorkelling off the coral reef. There are hikes to a lagoon and indigenous settlements. A highlight is a trip to Bastimentos National Park, exploring creeks through red mangrove forest and trails frequented by tanagers, manakins, monkeys and sloths.
