Days 1-4 At explora en Patagonia.
Days 5-8 Cross the Argentine frontier and continue to the tiny mountain settlement of El Chaltén in Los Glaciares National Park. Based at a comfortable hotel for the next 4 nights, you will make daily hikes of up to 6-8hrs into the surrounding Fitz Roy mountains - a glorious wilderness of soaring glacial peaks and dense forests.
Day 9 Depart for El Calafate.
This trip can also be done in reverse direction, starting in Argentina.
